Plumbing Designing
- Calculation of total daily domestic, soft and Hot water requirement. (According to the NBC-2016)
- Preparation of preliminary design report with conceptual design basis & preliminary cost estimation.
- Design and layout of Hot and Cold-water internal piping.
- Design and Layout of internal waste & sewage piping,
- Designing of Rainwater Harvesting system.
- Design and layout of external sewage system
- Design of Sewage treatment plant (Electro-Mechanical STP plant and BIO STP plants).
- Selection of sanitary fixtures and fittings for each individual toilet.
- Identify specialist contractors (if required).
- Provide tender Drawings to Contractor to execute work at site.
- Intermittent site visits-
- Preparation of as-built Drawing after completion of project.
HVAC Designing
- Heating/Cooling Load Estimation as Per ASHRAE/ISHRAE Standard.
- Preparation of Preliminary Design with Design Basis including Preliminary Cost Estimation.
- Selection of Equipment & Equipment Scheduling based on load.
- Design of Schematic layout for identifying the space requirement.
- Preparation of Duct layout for various air-conditioned common areas.
- Design of Ventilation System and Fresh Air Calculation
- Submission of HVAC design layout,
- Identify specialist contractors (if required).
- Provide tender Drawings to the Contractor to execute work at the site.
- Intermittent site visits-
- Preparation of as-built Drawing after completion of the project.
